Night Noodle Market 2017


Every year in Sydney we always celebrate Night Noodle Market.. This is quite big event that i always waiting for :) 

Like usual they have some same pop up store like last year such as Messina, N2 , Black Star Pastry. 
But they always have different menu every year. This year Messina make Japanese theme for their dessert. 

The first one that i try is the Onigiri.



Really eye catching and look definitely like Onigiri. It's Matcha and Pistachio ice cream with rice puffs white chocolate coating and nori wrap. Little bit too sweet for me but so creative menu.

My favourite is this one. The katsu sandwich.


It's Vanilla and cheesecake ice cream with red velvet. The red velvet made from raspberry and  coated with tempura crumbed and deep fried it like katsu. It's really yum. The combination between sweet and sour so good.

The Last one from Messina is the Turning into sesame 


If you are fans of black sesame ice cream. You will like it. This is Black sesame ice cream with condensed coffee jelly, banana miso bread and miso crumb. My husband love it but i don't really like the strong flavour of the black sesame. 

After all the sweet tooth i need some salty snack.

I went to Harajuku Gyoza and they have something unique.. The homemade Long fries..


It's definitely just usual fries but so long and perfectly cooked. I love this shape of fries better than usual. Hope i can eat this fries everytime i want it.


There also another pop up class from philips to make pasta with their pasta maker. I make the beetroot pasta. They have different flavour pasta such as saffron, green tea, squid ink, carrot, beetroot.




I also spend my time to read their reicpe book to find some inspiration..












This year the decoration so cute and pretty..
